Salesperson license requirements:
- 18+ Years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or legally present in the U.S
- Successful completion of approved 90 hour prelicense course
- Successful completion of licensing exam

The following is a list of additional requirements for obtaining your Broker’s real estate license in the state of West Virginia.
- Successful completion of an approved 90 clock hours of real estate courses
- Must have held an active real estate license for atleast 2 years immediately prior to application
- Successful completion of broker exam
