Salesperson license requirements:
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or legally present in the U.S
- Successful completion of approved 40 hour prelicense course
- Successful completion of licensing exam
Application Fee: $50.00
Additional Brokers License Requirements:
The following is a list of additional requirements for obtaining your Broker’s real estate license in the state of Vermont.
- Successful completion of an approved 40 clock hours of real estate courses
- Must have held an active real estate license for atleast 2 years
- Must have 8 closed transactions
- Successful completion of broker exam, national and state portions
