New Mexico Real Estate License Requirements

Associate Broker license requirements:
- U.S. citizen, permanent resident alien or legally present in the U.S
- 18+ Years of age
- Successful completion of an approved 90 classroom hour prelicense course
- Successful completion of New Mexico licensing exam
Application Fee: $240.00
Additional Qualified Brokers License Requirements:
The following is a list of additional requirements for obtaining your Qualified Broker’s real estate license in the state of New Mexico.
- Successful completion of an approved 120 hour prelicense course AND Must have held an active Associate Broker license in New Mexico for at least 2 of the preceding 5 years.
Application Fee: $240.00
