Salesperson Licensing Requirements:

• Successful completion of approved 40 hour real estate salesperson course
• Pass Michigan real estate salesperson licensing exam

Application fee – $36.00

Additional Broker Licensing Requirements:

The following is a list of additional requirements for obtaining your Broker’s real estate license in the state of Michigan.

• Must have held an active real estate salesperson license for atleast 3 years.
• Successful completion of approved 90 hour real estate broker course
• Pass Michigan real estate broker licensing exam
