Salesperson Licensing Requirements:
- Successful completion of salesperson prelicensing course
- Pass Kentucky real estate salesperson licensing exam
- Pass FBI Criminal Background Report
Exam fee – $100.00
Application fee – $60.00
Additional Broker Licensing Requirements:
The following is a list of additional requirements for obtaining your Broker’s real estate license in the state of Kentucky.
- Successful completion of broker’s management course (48 hours)
- Documented salesperson experience
- Pass Kentucky real estate broker licensing exam
Exam fee – $100.00
Application fee: $30.00
License Recognition: Requires active out-of-state licensees to pass the state law portion of the Kentucky exam and submit all required application materials in order to be licensed.
